Softwash NQ offers cleaning services in Mackay and the surrounding areas. Our terms of service outline the conditions under which you choose to do business with us within the constraints of Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing
You receive and approve quotes before we provide you with a requested service, such as our exterior commercial cleaning service.
Re-Servicing & Refunds
You are entitled to re-servicing or a refund if our:
- Service is not completed with due care and a
- Advice about what the service would achieve is incorrect
- Service is not completed within the set (or a reasonable) timeframe
If you are not happy with our service, please let us know. We will consider why you are unhappy and inform you of our response.
